In order to determine the value of your home, your CHR agent may need to come take a quick look at your house, take a few notes and ask a few questions. Alternatively, you can fill out our home valuation form to receive your e-value. Once our notes have been taken or your form has been submitted, your CHR agent will complete a CMA (comparative market analysis) to determine the value. This is where price adjustments are made based on local sold comps in comparison with your home. Ideally, one of our agents will meet with you in person or virtually to present the determined value. At this time, your agent will discuss an individualized marketing plan along with a few suggestions to assist in properly preparing your home to sell for top dollar. Once you’ve determined a price and signed all the necessary paperwork, your CHR real estate agent will begin working on getting your house listed on the market.
