After having spent years in the industry developing and perfecting their marketing and sales approach, Deb and Naomi created the CHR brand with the intent to grow at a modest pace by hand-selecting quality agents both new to the business and with years of experience. From early on in their careers, Deb and Naomi each saw a need for a brokerage that possessed the flexibility to embrace modern technology and design while maintaining and embracing the very core of the business, client relations along with successful marketing and advertising.
