So, your thinking about selling your house? Great! It's going to take a bit of hard work and diligence to get your house in tip top shape, but rest assured, you can do this. If you are looking for a few tips on how to best maximize the value of your home, head over to the Home Team's blog and read the article "ready set sell".

In order to determine the value of your home, your CHR agent will need to come take a quick look at your house, take a few notes and ask a few questions. Afterwards, they will head back to the office and work on a CMA (comparative market analysis). This is where price adjustments are made based on local sold comps. Once the CMA is finished, Deb and Naomi will need to meet with you once more to present the determined value and your individualized marketing plan. Most of the time, a few suggestions are made in order to get the price up a bit.. especially if you intend on getting top dollar. Once you've determined a price and signed all the necessary paperwork, your CHR real estate agent will begin working on getting your house listed on the market. A minimum of 5 days notice is required to ensure your home is marketed and advertised properly. Please note, if selling in the Spring, a 10 day notice is required to ensure your home is marketed and advertised properly during the busiest season.
